This Privacy Policy applies to the Kredly mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") created as a utility tool. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application is a strictly local financial calculation utility. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal, identifiable, or financial data on external servers. All inputs, loan parameters, and saved calculations remain locally on your personal device.

2. Important Disclaimer (Not a Lender)

Kredly is a mathematical calculation and visualization tool. We are not a bank, lender, credit union, or financial institution. The Application does not originate, provide, facilitate, or broker loans. We do not share your financial scenarios with any lending institutions or brokers, as we do not have access to this data.

3. Log Data and Analytics

We do not use third-party trackers or custom analytics tools that harvest your personal data. We only receive standard, anonymized crash reports and app usage metrics provided natively by Apple (if you have explicitly opted-in to share these with developers via your iOS device settings) to help us fix bugs and improve app performance.

4. Third-Party Access

Since no personal or financial data is collected or stored by the Application, we absolutely do not share, sell, or rent any user data to third parties, advertisers, or marketing agencies.

5. Security

We value your privacy. Since your data never leaves your device, it is inherently protected by your device's native security features (such as Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode). We recommend keeping your device's operating system up to date to ensure maximum security.

6. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
